Shipping Time

Ready-made items typically ship within 2-5 business days. Items that are listed as made-to-order will most likely ship within 1 to 2 weeks, and I will be in touch with an up-to-date timeframe after you’ve placed your order. I try to give as much detail as possible in the item descriptions, but don’t hesitate to reach out before order placement of you have any questions.

During the pandemic, the postal service has been struggling to meet their delivery deadlines. It is important to be patient and remember that the majority of deliveries are still making it to their destinations. Please expect delays of up to a week and factor this into your timeline if you are ordering something time-sensitive like a gift. I am happy to provide alternative shipping estimates and services if you are interested. Reach out before placing your order with questions. PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for lost packages, or addresses that were entered incorrectly at the time of order placement.

Jewelry Care

A good general rule of thumb to get the most out of your handmade items is to treat them with care by avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sun, and by keeping them away from chemicals such as those found in sunscreen and skincare products. I tend to live in my most beloved pieces of jewelry, preferring never to take them off, which of course leads to them being broken in (and sometimes broken). If a piece of jewelry is especially delicate, I will note this in the product description to give you a head’s up. I work primarily with sterling silver and 14k gold-fill, which can both be polished with jewelry cloths to renew their shine.

Materials and Impact

I put a lot of care into the sourcing of materials and I do not knowingly support industries that are putting their workers and environments in harm’s way. I use vintage and deadstock materials where possible, source gemstones from companies who prioritize healthy relationships with the communities they buy from, and purchase recycled metals from trusted vendors. I am committed to minimizing the amount of waste produced from my own small process, and am proud to ship all of your lovely orders plastic-free.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of the receipt of your item. Typically, I will accept returns of unworn and unused items within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping). Items returned beyond the 30 days will be accepted on a case-by-case basis and refunded via store credit. Custom orders and sale items are final.

Repairs

I guarantee my craftsmanship for 90 days— if something breaks within this timeframe due to faulty construction, please contact me to initiate the repair process. For general repairs, I am happy to provide an estimate and timeframe before you ship it back to me.

Custom Orders

Got an idea for a collaboration? Let’s chat. Custom work can take anywhere from 4-12 weeks to complete depending on the time of year and the scope of work. After an initial consultation of the concept, I will provide you with a project estimate. An initial non-refundable deposit is required to start the work, with the remainder to be paid in full at time of project completion.
